While this premium shipping method may not always be as low-cost as traditional sea freight used by some local competitors, we frequently meet or even beat their prices through our direct global partnerships. If we can provide a better deal, we will.

Price Promise Terms & Conditions

Eligible Products:

Our Price Promise applies to selected imported items as displayed on this website. While air freight costs can fluctuate, we will always strive to match or beat a qualifying local price where feasible.

Competitive Quotation Required: A valid, clearly dated quote or screenshot from a qualifying South African competitor’s website must be provided for verification.

Before You Buy: Price Promise claims must be submitted and approved before your purchase is completed.

Exact Match: The product must be the same brand, model, colour, and size, and must be in stock and ready for dispatch on both our website and the competitor’s.

Full Retail Price: The competing item must be listed at full retail price. We do not match “Sale,” “Clearance,” “Limited-time offers,” or “Bundle” promotions.

South African Retailers Only: The competitor must be a South African-based entity, with pricing displayed and transacted in South African Rands (ZAR).

Verified Discount: Once the lower price is verified, a custom discount or credit will be issued for your specific order.

Exclusions: Delivery charges, international shipping surcharges from third parties, and items from auction or “deal-of-the-day” sites are excluded.
